Our Water Ventures Began A Decade Ago…

Welcome to Jet Ski Hire Auckland. Hi I’m Craig, I took charge of Jet Ski Hire Auckland in mid-December 2019 and I’m the sole owner, operator, manager, employee, and even the designated tea maker of this business. .

Born and bred in the UK, I moved to New Zealand in 2014 because I was offered a full-time coaching gig. Little did I know that a fantastic opportunity for a beachfront lifestyle was waiting for me.

Back in the UK, my days were a blend of outdoor adventures, including stints as an outdoor activity instructor, and juggling the roles of assistant manager and customer service manager in outdoor shops. But that’s not all—nights and weekends were dedicated to coaching and judging competitive trampolining.

Here in NZ I hopped on board as a Coastguard volunteer in 2020, and these days, I’m proudly serving as the Unit Training Coordinator for the Maraetai Unit. During the off season I still keep my hand in the outdoors by working as an activity instructor at outdoor centres. My enthusiasm for areal sports still continues as I mentor new and upcoming coaches and judge at domestic and international competitions.
